The quickest way to contact us is to use our online consultation platform, Anima. This is open between 08:30 and 18:30 Monday to Friday and we strongly encourage patients who are able to use Anima to ease the pressure on our phone lines for those who cannot access our services online. Anima is appropriate for both urgent and routine requests, but should not be used in situations which require an emergency response.
Your request will be reviewed by a clinician and dealt with based on it's clinical urgency. Anima is open until 18:30 but please be aware that requests submitted late in the day may not be actioned until the following day.
